This is GREAT! By going diskless they eliminated the most unreliable part of a NAS - THE DISKS! What a REVELATION!

I have one of these with 2 3tb drives. Realize that it won't trans-code home videos in Plex. You'll need to run the Plex server on another machine mapped to this device.
