This is the new one with 2 programmable buttons. Last black friday, the 2018 model was $50.
It also has volume and mute buttons for the TV volume, the 2018 remote doesn't have a mute button. With that said, I bought a refurbished 2018 Ultra for $60 a couple of months ago and like it a lot. It looks new and the included JBL earbuds are new (I haven't used them, though).

The buds are decent. I ended up marking one of them with glow in the dark tape so I can tell which side is which in the dark. I use them to watch TV when my gf falls asleep.
Have had the Roku 4 about three years. Have it piped through my Oppo player, works great. Even though the newer ones have a few added features, I see no reason to upgrade...not sure I would realize the difference since the one i have now works so well.
This is one of the best (if not the best) Roku devices out there.
This one is stable with a really good processing power, the biggest advantage in my opinion over a Roku TV or a Roku 4K stick is the fact that is has LAN connectivity which is a lot more reliable than wireless. I am a network engineer so my wireless is solid (trust me!) yet I still had issues with wireless on a Roku stick even when it is right by the router. This is a good deal for sure.
I bought the 2018 Ultra last year for $50 on Black Friday and I love it. I went ahead and picked up this version too. This brings my total to 3 Rokus with the third being the higher end stick. Great products. I like that the ultras have USB ports and play videos from USB.
This is a great device to simplify many streaming services. The headphone capability on the remote control is really awesome. The price is OK; I have seen this model as low as $65 from Fry’s.
