Not bad of a deal. I currently have Frontpoint, but this seems like a cheaper option.

Great kit. Just built a house and had it pre-wired, but the system they were selling was $500 with $30 a month monitoring. Glad I passed to do it myself.

In the past 12 months, this has never gone for sale for less than $270 so $189 is definitely a deal! Ring offers a solid product too. Even on
Amazon
this has 4.5 stars with nearly 400 reviews, which is pretty incredible.

Not a bad starter system for an apartment or condo especially considering that it's wireless. Just not enough contacts for a house though.

I have this system and I really like it. It's so easy to set up and very user friendly. The way you can see all of your ring products in one app is great and the low cost for professional monitoring cannot be beat.

Costco has 10-piece set for ~$230 which has 6 magnetic sensors and 1 motion sensor.

This set has 3 magnetic sensors and 2 motion sensors. I can use 1 additional motion sensor in place of 3 magnetic sensors. Less setup too.

The $10/mo monitoring with no contract is a huge win. Though small for a house, other sensors can be purchased separately. I am considering this.👍

The $10/month would cover all the devices in your house - which does include cloud storage of your ring video doorbells. Also, you can prepay for the year for $100 now which saves a bit too.
