they look very much the headphone that i had bought form back couple years ago, Bohm... i think that's what i was called. The headband finally snapped, but had good use out of them. If it's the same but rebranded, it's pretty decent, i paid much more than this and i considered it as a good deal. If you are planning to use it as a noise canceling headphones, look elsewhere. But, the sound is pretty good, and connection is pretty good. The battery seems to lose its holding power couple hours after couple years.
