works ok. Honeywell portal is flaky and down often. Spend a few more bucks and get an ecobee 3. the 4 isn't necessarily worth the extra money so a 3 is your best bang for the buck right now. comes with infinitely more control and more information including historical data comparison with other houses in your community ranking efficiency, etc. I use both and I'd never buy honeywell as long as ecobee is around not even a contest.
Had problems with these showing the correct indoor temp, did an RMA, same issue. WiFi setup was hokey but it did work well. Check out the ecobee, having multiple locations reading indoor temp is a more accurate read if your AC needs to come on or not.
