"Freak X Carbon" model on is a cleated shoe...also the reviews on for this speed trainer are not favorable.

I bought thee the shoe looks nice but the fabrics a little weird its a hard thread and they definitely run narrow. I don't think I would purchase these with all the other great deals out there if I could do it again

I have a pair of Speed Trainer 3 and they are an average, low-distance shoe. Personally I only use these for easy running on dry hard surfaces.
