Mixed reasons why some gave it a low review.

However, considering what this product is, I wonder if you really need it at all. All it is doing is using a can of propellant to form an ice blob on a big cotton swab, no chemical agent like salicylic acid is involved.

I'm not a dermatologist so I'm not going to give anyone ideas how to DIY replicate this, but it shouldn't be hard.

I bought it, used it. It didn’t work really. Ended up having to go to an actual aesthetician and getting the skin tags removed. Cost $230
