I bought one of these last year. It cost me $80 directly from Apple. This is a great deal if you have the right computer model

Be careful of non-genuine Apple chargers. While you think it’s just charging, my MacBook actually started acting really odd, like changing tracks in iTunes completely on its own. Drove me nuts, thinking I had a bad set of media files in my library. It was only when I started to determine that the skipping only happened when I was on the go. When I realized I was packing a non-genuine charger in my laptop bag, but using the genuine one at home, I swapped the chargers and found out that it was all the cheaper non-genuine ones that were making my MacBook act funny. Even the trackpad lost its smoothness and was jumpy when it was using the non-genuine chargers. I threw them all out and sold some, and got genuine ones instead. Who knows what other damage it caused, maybe to my data as well.

^ that sounds a bit far fetched, but I did get a used OEM charger of this type on
eBay
for about $16 and it is fine for a 7 year old MacBook Pro.
