Although I do not usually promote stuff like this, it seems to help me when I have a slight cold. Maybe it's the placebo effect, but I do feel better when I take it. I especially take it after a plane trip.
Naysayers, there is science behind this. It is primarily vitamin C and some other anti-oxidants and minerals. Granted if you're already getting plenty of those in your diet, this would be redundant.
