@Agent, I have never tried it myself, but I have seen some restaurants put a small amount of rice into containers that have small enough holes that the rice doesn't plop out when you shake them. I assume the rice is there to absorb the moisture within the container. Worth a shot perhaps?

The only issue I've been having is that it clumps within a month if not fully used in time. Anyone have advice on how to minimize or prevent clumping?
