    Walmart
    is a great place to buy refurbs... 90 days to return for no-hassle full refund, and local stores to avoid expensive return shipping for something this size.

    Only real downside is that due to local stores everywhere, everyone pays tax up front.

    There's a 3 year extended warranty available for this TV for $35. This warranty covers it as if it were new and not refurbished. I have not had problems with my other refurbed TVs from
    Walmart
    (i have 2: sony and vizio), but i've always gotten the warranty for at least some piece of mind.
