Not only are there only 3 sizes, it tells you nothing about sizing as it relates to being unisex. From what I could gather from the comments it seems to run more towards male sizing with women needing 1.5 sizes smaller depending on their build.

If you read the waterproofing guide on their own site, this jacket is water resistant rather than waterproof. Should be fine for most people (including me), but probably wouldn't stand up to long exposure to heavier rains
