Ever since set up a dedicated pickup location in their stores, I've used the free in-store pickup option often to avoid shipping charges.
in my store there is never a clerk back there. i press the button on the keypad that says it's paging an employee and when someone finally comes out and sees i've pressed the button they say "oh that doesn't work it doesn't page anybody". it's worth it to me to pay 5 for shipping not to waste my time going into walmart!
