Yes, type in your own email and send it to yourself. What you want to do is buy yourself one month at a time, because the 1 month gift is the one that is actually at 50%, the others are less of a discount.
You can do this as many times as you want.
I was paying for monthly and after I purchased it for myself, it sent me an email with a link to redeem the 1 months. After I redeemed it it told me: "Enjoy your gift of 1 month of music. Regular monthly billing for your subscription resumes on March 20, 2016"

You say they send you an unlimited amount of codes, so, theoretically, each would have to be inputed every month?
